The 180 acres property is home to a variety of native birds and animals as well as the property's livestock of thoroughbred race horses, cattle and sheep
	The peaceful surroundings provide the perfect B&B for you to take time out in style and enjoy the quiet ambience of country life with friends or that special person. You can easily find a spot to read or relax; on the balcony with it's stunning views or in the gardens on warm days and on chilly days in one of the guest lounges with their cosy wood fires

	Gisborne Park Stud B & B is a country retreat, combining classic, country living in a large spacious house nestled on the slopes of Mt.Bullengarook. The double storey house affords fabulous views and is tastefully furnished throughout providing modern conveniences without sacrificing country charm.
	The bedrooms are a cosy reflection of the rest of the house. There are two queen size rooms, a double room, a king size room and a king size suite with ensuite spa. Adjoining bathrooms can be shared or private.

	Distance/driving time from Melbourne: Approximately 40 minutes from the centre of Melbourne & 20 minutes from Melbourne airport. Nearest major town: Gisborne Directions from Melbourne: Follow the Calder Freeway north to Gisborne. After turning off at the Gisborne exit, follow the road through the water fountain roundabout, turn left at the Bacchus Marsh Road. Gisborne Park Stud is located approximately 10 kms along this road.
	Gisborne Park Stud B & B makes an excellent home base to enjoy the various local events and activities in the Mount Macedon Ranges area. These include tasting award winning wines at the many local wineries, horse riding, browsing local art galleries or antique hunting in neighboring towns such as Woodend and Kyneton, or exploring the mystical Hanging rock and visiting the renowned gardens at Mount Macedon Attractions within 15 minutes drive: renowned Gisborne market (first Sunday of the month), 18 hole golf course, horse riding, Gisborne township, wineries and art gallery. Attractions within 30 minutes drive: Macedon Ranges, Hanging Rock, Castlemaine, wineries, Daylesford, mineral spas, Trentham Falls, Lerderderg Gorge, racetracks, antique shops, art galleries. Farm activities on site: Gisborne Park Stud is a working property with thoroughbred horses, Murray Grey cattle and sheep. Native wildlife on site: Kangaroos, native birds, possums and koalas have been seen.
